I feel like my I have gotten to a stage with my anxiety where I can't kick it's ass anymore. I know you just gotta keep pushing until it finally backs off but I feel to deprived of energy to do so most days

Today marks the 23th year of my life and I feel so blessed for all the kindness that was shown to me up until this point, birthday related of otherwise. Being melancholic on the bus I realized how I always thought 22 would be an important age for me, and it WAS. I learned and did so much and I feel so thankful for all the growth and insights I gained over the past year. Look forward to what 23 has to bring!

Least favorite feel; being hit by an anxiety wave out of the blue

Never thought little introvert me would be happy planning so many things and being busy but here we are

I just went swimming for the first time in years (in natural water) and it was amazing I just felt all my anxiety from the past few weeks eb away. I'm so happy

I’ve been doing this “write at least three sentences a day” thing and I already?? really notice a difference? it’s becoming less and less difficult to write my stories. The quality of the sentences seems to be increasing too

i hope i can keep this up

Yesterday I made smol wire trees for my school project and I felt all types of sentimental cause it’s what my great grandma used to do as well

Now I want to make more wire trees
