So happy that you open the inbox for questions on Nova and Fawn! So here's my question: how do Nova and Fawn meet? Was it on a particular occasion? Was it at the Academy? Or were they friends before?

They definitely met pretty early on at the Academy, but I feel like they were both aware of the other for a bit before actually becoming friends. Kind of in opposite ways though, Nova had a big reputation/set of expectations and then just sort of laid low, while the Fawn had absolutely no reputation and gained attention very quickly with their antics.

I made a little comic a while back that sums up how they actually became friends though:

She would have to assume that. She continues to run. Further and further and further....

...? Where did the grass go-

She pounces on the fawn. It squirms beneath her paws. It's small now that she thinks of it, and it bleats and groans and yells but for some reason she doesn't even think twice before her mouth gets closer and closer and closer to-

She blinks.

It's really dark, and cold, despite the blanket she's wearing. Or is she...?

"W-why?"

"W-why did you do that to it..." It tries to move closer to you but the chain around it's neck forces it back. "That- that was my friend! Why would you do that." It struggles against the post, paws scraping against the floor. "Why would you do something so cruel! I hate you! I hate you! I hate you-" Amane wakes up.
