Dug out a little bundle of my legacy spares to make over and possibly do something with. Trying not to hit them too hard with the edit stick so I don't lose the genetics they were born in game with. This is River. She was born in my old Walk of Life Challenge during the 3rd generation.

Don't have all my CAS cc in so she's missing tattoos and piercings atm.

MEET THE FLAKES!

behold, chapter 4’s shop keepers for the first area of the holy cliffs! snowit and firely!

they are a couple who live together in a cabin up in the cliffs, they also sell stuff to any near by travelers who are interested in any hot coco, or ice cream. You meet them when you get lost in a snowstorm at the beginning of the dark world, snowit finds you and leads you back to his place so you can gain your strength back. And ya that’s basically how you meet the two.

snowit’s personality is a happy jolly guy who loves to make people happy, he loves the cold and helps anyone he can when lost in a snowstorm (which happens often in the cliffs).

finally, firely personality is more of a grumpy type. They hate the cold and prefer to not go outside, but still snowit try’s to convince her to come outside and hang out with them (which it works sometimes tho). She used to have a friend too, but she sadly doesn’t know where they went. Oh that poor ghost…

anyways, yes these two are inspired by the idea of the miser brother. But they also are inspired by sans in papyrus too tho, more pacifically on how wacky they are sometimes.

also final thing, firely is important. I won’t say how but she is. Remember that.

I’m starting to get behind on messages and comments again, I’m sorry. >.< ANYWAY, let’s take this moment to learn some things about my favorite Company Girl Inika. 

1. Inika is a strange sort of middle child. Her father has an older daughter from a previous marriage, had her with her mom, and then married someone else after that and had more kids. She’s her mother’s oldest child but also has younger siblings there. So all her siblings are half siblings and she never feels fully part of either family. 

2. She is generation 13 of one of my favorite challenge families, The Rebel Sweetheart Walk of Life from my ts3 game. That family was a bunch of criminals from the start. 

3. Her father is a vampire (Vamillion in my world building) but she is not. In some iterations she still has fangs but in this one I kind of see her as just having a surprising amount of strength, especially at night which is why she prefers to work late. 

4. She was kicked out of University for reasons. Trying to decide if I’m going to add that into the story later or not so put a pin that. 

5. Despite full exclusivity being expressly stated as not a thing in their relationship she and Olin actually rarely sleep with anyone but each other. They both are very paranoid people and have boundaries about their lives a lot of people wouldn’t be comfortable putting up with.

I changed Draven into a human. I have very mixed feelings about this.

After some more adjustments, particularly in the body because they were ridiculous. Decided to make him friends with Wes and Io so he’ll show up in their long play soon. I’ll probably branch him out into his own stuff since the background development I have for him is pretty complicated. I do have a soft spot for those unlucky trait sims, their lives are never easy.

Draven and Merlyn 

Draven started his adult life a bit too early when his daughter Merlyn was born when he was sixteen. He followed this mistake by marrying her mother Cali as soon as they graduated high school. Unfortunately their lives grew apart as they got older and by the time they hit their mid twenties Draven and his wife mutually filed for divorce. Since Cali was in school Draven let go of his dreams in science and put his own degree to use in elementary education so he could be there for his daughter.

Now that Merlyn is a teenager her mother has taken new interest in her since she has some guilt about not being there so the young teen is faced with a difficult choice of moving across the country  to get to know her estranged mother better or to stay where she is in Central California with her father. In the meantime, Draven deals with the possibility of losing his beloved child temporarily while he attempts to build a life for himself apart from her and the drama with Cali.
