The more I watch S1 E3 of Moon Knight, the more apparent it is how much of a set up the meeting of the Ennead is.

Osiris already has it out for Khonshu. They let Harrow say whatever he wants, even knowing he is at the least a devotee of Ammit. He calls Khonshu a shamed god, but isn't that still better than one who was literally imprisoned in stone for their crimes? They let Harrow say whatever he wants, and he leans into this idea of Marc being "insane," mainly I think to bait Marc into taking a swing, and that's when Osiris gets strict. I know Harrow also tries to say Khonshu is taking advantage of Marc, which isn't completely wrong.

Then the gods make a huge deal about trying to get Marc to flip on Khonshu or say he is being taken advantage of (literally how would he even know, this is the only god he's worked for), then when Marc does say he's unwell, they don't actually help him!

Osiris says Harrow has committed no offense, but he has killed people already! At least two that we've seen in the series, by his own hand through Ammit's power. Harrow literally has a cult following of people with Ammit tattoos. Kind of a red flag that Ammit is literally imprisoned in stone and he can still get at any of her power to use it (Marc is not able to access Khonshu's powers when he is imprisoned later). So either the other gods can't see what Harrow is doing at all (he's hiding somehow), or they just don't care because they don't want to be bothered.
