Okay so, not the most important thing in the world, but what happened to our Mage's belongings after they were executed? Like Aunt Bess' books, or any personal trinkets we might have had. (Unrelated rambling ahead!) 'Cause I was thinking about one of my formerly-leonmancing!MCs, and realized that with his personality he'd have, despite the chaos of war, sneaked out sometime between the fighting and gotten engagement/promise rings or something similar, that he didn't have the opportunity to give.
