FINALLY seeing my partner play tonight 🙌🏻 I haven’t seen him play since we met at his show in December of 2019 (thanks covid 🙃) so I’m really fucking excited. I also haven’t seen him in 3 weeks and have never seen him play with this band so it’s going to be extra amazing 😍🖤

Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of those stories that takes a little while to really get going, but once it picks up it really gets going. Like, once we hit the train arc we’re pretty much at an unstoppable truck of constant emotion and it’s a testament to how much improvement the character writing showed after the spider mountain arc.

#kimetsu no yaiba #suzu speaks #it's a series that i recommend to pretty much everyone #but i always make sure to tell them #that the start of it is REALLY slow #like I wouldn't say it can even be called good until the spider mountain arc #or at least the tsuzumi demon arc #because before then it's like entirely set up #setting up the world #the plot #the goals #even the tsuzumi demon is there to set up zenitsu and inosuke #the spider mountain arc is the first one that's just the plot proper #wild that the story doesn't really START until like episode 15 #like the stuff before that isn't BAD it's just entirely telling the audience stuff that they're gonna need to know for the rest of it #plus some cool fights #and then the story actually gets good and the emotion is non-stop #it's insane
