I'm almost done with my aromaco bar and I want to try something new. I sweat a normal amount and am not particularly sensitive and I don't mind if it's a powder or a bar. Which ones do you like?

T’eo is the staff favorite at my shop, but I’ve also enjoyed The Guv’ner.  Greeench works but it makes me smell weird.  Guv’ner is my go to if I forget to put deodorant on before I leave for work (it happens...and is one of the many perks of working in the beauty industry lol)

Recently I've been thinking about trying Lush deodorant. Which deodorant would you recommend for sensitive skin?

I’d try Aromaco.  It feels like you’re putting a nice, soothing balm onto your underarms!  Some natural deodorants can be irritating to some sensitive folk, so see if you can snag a few samples of them before using!  Honestly all are really good!

Are Lush deodorants any good? Which one would you say is the best/you recommend?

They are!  I’ve tried all but T’eo, and that seems to be the favorite among customers and staff at my store.  I personally like Aromaco, it was the first one I tried and I love patchouli.  The Greeench smells yummy but it didn’t mesh with my body chemistry that well, and Guv’ner I’ve only tried once (when I came to work and forgot I didn’t put deodorant on...oopsie!) so I don’t think I got a good enough impression of it.  Still, I urge you to try them out and see which one suits you best!

The Greeench Deodorant Powder

So, ladies and gents, it's summer. The fact is, in the summertime, the world can become a smellier place. Our deodorant powders don't keep you from sweating, but they do keep you from smelling icky! 

Typical deodorants contain antiperspirant, which keeps you from sweating. However, antiperspirants often contain aluminum, which can be harmful for a multitude of reasons (i'm not even gonna get into the paraben debate), one of which being that it's actually healthy for your body to sweat! It helps you regulate your temperature and stay cool. It's the bacteria in those sweaty areas that causes a nasty smell! Deodorant powders, like The Greeench, kill the smell with antibacterials such as tea tree oil, rosemary, and thyme. Our deodorant powders allow a much more natural way for your body to stay smell-free and cool and calm :) 

The Greeench can also be applied to pretty much any sweaty area to kill bacteria that's causing unpleasant smell, so in the summer it's a winner! Just take a little bit of this guy in your hand and toss it wherever you need to!

Lush's Description: "The Greeench takes its name from a well-known children's story, with a slight bit of creative licence. It is one of the best deodorants LUSH has ever made. The potent rosemary, tea tree, sage and clubmoss deodorize and soothe by fighting off bacteria and other nasties."

Ingredients: Talc, Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Trisilicate, Lycopodium Powder, Perfume, Water, Thyme Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Powdered Sage, Powdered Tea Tree, Powdered Rosemary, Limonene, Linalool, Chlorophyllin.

My Thoughts: This was a pleasant surprise indeed. When you first smell it it kind of smells like pizza seasonings. It smells mostly of oregano which is fine I don't really use it for my underarms since Aromaco takes care of the job marvelously but its awesome in your shoes and saying that means alot since im a die hard T for Toes fan. I gave it a test run and it was awesome it literally eliminated ALL odors in my shoes (good and bad) and did not leave any residue like some other dusting powders tend to. My shoes literally smelled like nothing which I definitely do not mind. I noticed my shoes dont have that soggy feeling after wearing them all day which is also pretty sweet. I also really like the fact that this container is one of the longer skinnier ones similar to what the UK packages their dusting powders in so it feels more comfortable in my hand and I feel like I have more control when Im pouring it. I sometimes make a mess with the other powders yes I know Im a little on the klutzy side. This is definately something special and worth a chance to prove itself worthy of the Lush brand.
