I’ve been sending strips now to my friend Kat to proofread for me.  I’m a chronic misspell-er of words so that’s something I definitely need.

Upon reading this strip, her only comment was asking about what deodorant I’m using that smears.  I told her that I think it’s less the deodorant I’m using, and more the fact that I’ve never had to deal with anything getting in the way before.

It’s another one of those weirdly affirming things and a sign that HRT is working!

I also wanted to use “real life” me as a character.  Depending on how I want or need to show myself for a strip, either Real Life Alex or Comic Alex (or both!) will be used.  For the record, they’re both me, but they’re representative of different aspects of myself.

As time goes on, I hope that my progression through transition will allow Real Life Alex to appear more feminine!
