you know despite the wacklins running around without a leash and being crazy recently, there’s still something so soft and tender about will being mack’s receiving end of facetimes/calls/texts during the height of his olympic experience. like you’re my person, so i’m gonna come to you and lay all of myself bare even my ugliest parts because i trust you with all my heart. and the thing about the shift post pens and post olympics, i think for me its about mack having finally found the person whom he can show all his weakest parts with all honesty and will who willingly embraced it all genuinely because they really like each other. and after the wall crumbled, its like the gates of heaven opened up and all defenses went down hence them being so madly deeply and being crazy for each other. and the cherry on top, will being so passive despite his country winning and that for mack sealed the deal.
