December 8th - The Hate Monger
A number of different villains have operated under the guise of The Hate Monger. The original was a clone of Adolf Hitler created by Arnim Zola as part of a scheme to weaken America by stoking the social and racial divides in the nation. The Fantastic Four were able to stop this plan and The Hate Monger was killed by Nick Fury. A second version of the Hate Monger was actually the Man-Beast in disguise. While another iteration was part of a racist, ultra-nationalistic organization that was entirely wiped out by The Punisher. Yet another version was an android created by The Psycho-Man, ultimately destroyed by Scourge. And the most recent version of the Hate-Monger was an anti-immigration demagogue who battled The Black Panther during the Fear Itself event. The first Hate-Monger initially appeared in the pages of Fantastic Four Vol. 1 #21.
