Because YEAH. I hadn't considered it but given Shane and Ilya's rivalry and Shane's stoic outside persona I bet the Cliff/Ilya shippers start out always writing him as a horrific villain in their story. Like Shane finds out about the Cliya romance from sneaking around and is like "this is my chance to win the cup" and blackmails them or something

and then the fandom goes "guys you know this is super problematic...writing one of the few Asian men in the NHL to be a sneaky villain feeds into stereotypes about Japanese men that go back to WW2" and besides Hollander wore pride tape last year, he's an ally

So then there's a truce between the Cliff/Ilya people and the Shaydens and instead Shane is cast as like, Ilya's gay mentor who advises him on how to date his winger successfully

This of course causes a rift with the Shrose fandom, but they already have beef with all the MM hockey RPF people because most Shrose-rs are MCU cross over fans who like Rose Landry RPF and they're all lowkey a little anti MM in general because the MCU slash shippers keep making Rose and her character villains in everything in service of their gay ships

So this is something I’ve wanted to draw for awhile, one of my fave Alton ocs, Rita, as as sonic oc! Because I’ve been associating her with badgers lately, I felt this a good fit for her! She’d probably be known for her speed, but obviously wouldn’t come close to Sonic himself haha. (She’d be able to run as fast as her ride goes and only about as long as the rides duration at a time) She much prefers racing with cars anyways, it’s kind of her thing. 

Definitely plan to draw her like this again, I adore how she turned out.

so my uncle's husband is a theater director and every now and again i get to go to watch his plays for free. and today was one of these days (they're both staying at our home for now - it's a long story). and guess what. there was incest in the play

Emile getting really close to kissing Will after this feeding? 👁👁 Maybe not staying long afterwards because he's getting a little more out of it than they agreed upon/this position is making his attraction just a little too high? Also I just like writing Emile a little sad and scared (and aroused?) so hjhFHCJCJCHCH

👁👁 CONSIDER,, it's what sparks Will slowly starting to actually realize/accept he's attracted to Emile too?? And maybe that's partially what pushes him to leave (alongside getting attacked) because he's scared of it???
