PSA to not download the Lizzie Bennet Diaries app

If you did not watch Ashley Clement's The Look Back Diaries that she made in honour of the 10 year anniversary of the LBD (or did not watch all of it), then you are sorely missing on some piping hot tea about how the cast & crew were compensated and recognized for their work on the beloved series. (spoiler alert: it was none to very minimal)

With the announcement of the app that has been floating around on socials, Ashley posted another video encouraging folks not to download the app because surprise! They were not consulted or even told about their work being once again used.

If you are looking for a way to reminisce and feel nostalgic for the series, I highly recommend watching The Look Back Diaries. There's lots of great guests, conversations, insight, and yes, tea, in the series. But please don't support Bernie & his efforts because he does not deserve it.

It’s been a long time since I’ve used tumblr but it seems only right to resurrect my account for this! If you follow me on here it is likely because you loved The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, which just turned 10 years old. (Can you believe it?)
