I feel like the Buddhist concept of "the middle path" could add something valuable to Star Wars discussion, but I'm worried that people would see it as advocating for Gray Jedi in the video game sense - halfway between the light and dark side. Really, it would be looking at Star Wars' "light side" completely, but in a way that balances needing to, you know, exist as a being in the galaxy and all that.

But it's odd to present that as an alternative to fully committing to a path, because Star Wars doesn't necessarily go for enlightenment as a concept outside of the ways it plays with force ghosts.

You are somebody. Get whoever’s voice that is inside of your head out and listen to what you have to say. You have values, you have a way you want to live, you have expectations for yourself. Live your life on your own way. Everything internally you have control over. How you think. How you feel. Study newer ways of thinking, broaden your perspective, you don’t gotta live in a funk or under a dark cloud forever. Allow yourself to experience new things when you aren’t feeling well. Get out of your comfort zone, and wander. There are so many feelings in the world, challenge yourself to experience something new instead of sticking between the few within your current cycle. And lastly, a reminder that no accomplishment makes you somebody. No dollar amount makes you somebody. No group or connection makes you somebody. No deed makes you somebody. You make yourself somebody. You are the controller over all in your life.

4 all my folks going through something. A well needed reminder you are somebody. You make yourself somebody. You just have to recognize that you already are somebody.
