One of the joys of an obsession with anything particularly obscure is the occasional sense that you know something the rest of the world doesn't know. I've been thinking a bit about that this week, as I walk around grinning from ear to ear, telling friends and co-workers about seeing old friends over the weekend and how nice it was to catch up. I know it's your hard musical limit, but I feel very much like I do after a weekend of Phish shows. Walking around reliving an experience that the world on all sides of me is wholly unaware of. I've been to a place they haven't. And it's good. We know something they don't know.
