ROLE IN THE HIGH COURT : Undersea Fae & High Court Representative
You are fey in all meaning of the word. Lovely and wicked and cruel. You are those things and little else. From the start, you have flourished under the attention of others — and really, you deserve it. As a young thing, you would laugh and dance and twirl, glorious and graceful, until all eyes were on you. Everyone adored you and it fueled your being. To be the cause of joy in others’ minds, the cause of lust and love in their hearts. It was the reason you spent so much time in the mortal realm in your youth. They would fall in love with you and write odes and ballads in your name. Then you’d leave them with broken hearts and broken inspirations as you found someone new.
THE ARTISAN : Even you hear the whispers of other faeries — you’ve heard what an inspiration you’ve been for the Artisan the last few decades. Their human desire becoming rather obvious every time you come across them. You’re amused by how embarrassed they are to be in love with you so obviously. At least, you’ve spotted all the signs of someone being in love... or is that hatred? Love and hate seems to be a confusing emotion for you to grasp. But you’re their muse, so surely it’s love.
THE VAINGLORIOUS : They are about as full of themselves as you are — which is unfortunate when you’re both in the same room fighting for the spotlight. Your only hope lies in their little games they’re constantly playing with others, even you’ve heard what their plan is for the Pristine. You just have to wait for the right moment to reveal their cards to all. Oh, the mess that will follow is already making your mouth water. You’d be devastated if your own reputation were ruined, but to watch that of another’s fail, it makes you incredibly happy.
THE RETICENT : Your other half; your twin in the most complicated way. Faeries being born on the same day are rare; so rare in fact you’re considered destined for power. You were born of different wombs, but even with no shared blood between you, you’d die for the other without a second thought. The two of you survived together, grew together. There’s no question as to how you two are where you are today. No one stands a chance with the two of you at the High Court together — maybe one of you will end up with the crown.
