He doesn't have too much lore yet cuz he's new but all I can for now is that he's part of the Minute's children gang and he's been a LifeStealer as long as him. Even though he's very loyal to Minutech, he still had his own affiliations besides him (that'll be a big lore thing later). After a biiig ass sad angst thing happened to him that thoroughly fucked him up, he ended up joining the PMC with Minutech.

That's pretty much it for now!
