I like to think Electracey is a unfinished robot, most of her exposed wiring is actually supposed to be covered with metal extensions like Colin has, this causes her to be slightly unstable and more prone to glitches than a refined machine like Colin.
In universe, Electracey (unlike the other tv teachers) was a planned character for a potential second season of Roy’s puppet show, early sketch’s of her being made before the big incident caused the show to be canned, Lesley then found these sketch’s later on and de used to take the idea for herald, creating Electracey along with the other tv teachers.
Electracey loves birds, specifically parrots and wants to own one.
Her bodily fluids consist of oil.
And she can plug herself into the wall to receive a surge of energy when tired.
