      You haven’t even been listening to me...This whole time you’ve been inventing a video game for vegetarians that nobody will ever play...

       Here is your coffin, never mind, you don’t even know how to die...

man I’ve been studying gothic fiction and I really think all the chaos and bad decisions I’ve repressed will come back like the monster from Frankenstein… only not as bad or big

If you are a young man…will it not be from small favors that you will conclude you have won a girl’s favor? Would you wait for an express declaration of love or a passionate embrace? Or would not a glance, scarcely noticed by other people not be enough? a slight movement, the lengthening by a second the pressure of a hand? And if you were a detective engaged in tracing a murder, would you expect to find that the murderer had left his photograph behind at the place of the crime, with his address attached? or would you not necessarily have to be satisfied with comparatively slight and obscure traces of the person you were in search of? So let us not underestimate small indications, by their help we may succeed in getting on the track of something bigger.
