Weiss took revenge and destroyed the Restrictor in battle.
The Restrictor hurt Nero (he abused his power over Weiss, Nero and other Tsviets too), I think Weiss loves Nero so much that he was ready to die for him and free him. And when Weiss died, Nero sacrificed the whole world and his life strength to revive Weiss. Such a love!🥺
