i know they made dude small so carlos’ fear of dogs would be like ‘hes even scared of that wee thing?’ BUT imagine if dude was a fucking mountain of a doggo, like a fucking great dane or a Burmese mountain dog.
just-imagine your carlos and ur new friend/dude ur manipulating is helping you train for sport, and you hear a fucking loud ass bark, and this fucking behemoth of a dog is just fucking bookin it towards you
like-not only would carlos’ fear of dogs be ‘justified’ becuase its a fucking big ass dog running towards you barking, but it would be harder to get away from cuz they’re bigger than the mutt canon dude is. but also Carlos realizing, the dog stops barking once hes trying to get up into a tree; like ‘dude what are you doing?’ and they just-lay down at the trunk looking up at him; whining; telling carlos they’re not gonna hurt him, they just wanted to play.
great danes are very aware of their bodies, they know their big. GD!Dude would be so gentle and careful around carlos, hes (carlos) only just a bit taller than him! and B.M dogs can get BIG, the one i have at work is just-biggest boi, like saint Bernard big. just-the hugs THE HUGS BM Dude can give carlos IMAGINE
