Such an important discussion to have surrounding doing what is right for the player. Eichel saying it's his body and that he has to live with the decision is also important. If the team told him what surgery he had to get, they don't have to live with it. It's good he is somewhere that is letting get the surgery he wants. We were talking about this and how he was treated in Buffalo not his performance. But it didn't help that he wasn't producing last season. In the end, I hope he gets back to 100 percent and gets back to being the player we know he can be.
