i had a draft at some point where some god teleports frank to the 1940s into a parallel universe where hazel never left new orleans and is still alive, there wasn’t really a plot and it kind of evolved into my fic where frank meets hazels ghost after she dies back then. but now i’m like forget frank…what is hazel was teleported back and met a version of herself that survived. TWO hazels. frank can be there also, throw leo in too so everyone in the past can recreate the spiderman pointing meme. give them some quest to complete to get back to the present while trying to figure out if they’re supposed to use time travel to prevent jfk's assassination

Day 1 in Confinement

I’ve been captured. It’s sometime in February, I was just minding my business, fixing up my newest puppets, and I was captured. Awful rude of these potential playmates to simply chloroform me and throw me into a cold, damp prison cell. I suppose it can’t be helped, though. I’ve refused to tell them my name, and in response they’ve been referring to me as “Subject O”. The O stands for outsider, if I had to guess.

There are supposedly several other subjects kept here in this laboratory. I hope to meet some of them, perhaps help them as I am able. What other pass-time do I have? The scientists confiscated all of my puppets. And I had nearly finished stringing them, too. A shame. They attacked and captured someone they assumed was a threat without asking any questions. Strange, though. I could swear I’ve seen this exact room before.

…There’s still cobwebs in the corners.

As for canon I would say the same as the comment for Bones position in the relationship is not pertinent.
