Stretch Sunday! So tidied up a couple of screen grabs from the vid I took whilst trying my full first Box-Split. So that's my first 2017 goal nailed... Wonder what next? (at The Gym Group)
Gym workout day 121 – of my Progressive Phase workout training plan. Todays exercises include the following : Adductor Machine Cable Triceps Push Down Dumbbell Biceps Curl Dumbbell Triceps Kickback EZ-Curl Bar Curl Leg Press Machine Primary muscles trained during todays workout include the following : Biceps Brachii Triceps Brachii Brachialis Hip Abductors Hip Adductors Quadriceps Rectus Femoris Vastus Intermedialis Vastus Lateralis Vastus Medialis Gluteus Maximus Hamstrings
So this just happened..... Yay ... One 2017 goal semi-nailed! (at The Gym Group)
Rather than sit on my ars watching Battlestar Galactica, I've spent the past 1 1/2 hours stretching through-out three episodes. Certainly takes you mind off he pain! Still determined to nail these Box-Splits. Almost there, just a few more inches to go
