Is the reason Alvis and Mahria never had anymore kids due to the fact that the pregnancy with Mercury was so horrible? Also, what was the pregnancy with Adrain like for Mahria? (I'm assuming it was way better)

They actually never thought they’d have another kid after Adrian because of how ill Alvis was after being poisoned. They were very surprised that Mercury ever came to be. After Mercury was born Mahira wanted to take no more chance with that because she went through hell so she made Alvis get the ‘snip’.

Adrian’s pregnancy was fine. I mean health wise for Mahira it was fine, but during her pregnancy with him the war was still going, Alvis almost died, she banished her sister. She overall didn’t have a good time but not because of her health

I’m officially sterile!

I got my Fallopian tubes removed yesterday. No more Tokophobia, no more pressure from people to have children that I don’t want.

After the amount of guilting and pressuring me to pop out a crotch goblin from my ex-husband and his family. It feels INCREDIBLE to finally have my autonomy back and take this step. I have never wanted to have kids, it was always pressure from others that made me feel like I had to have them. Trying to make them happy and keep the peace was a terrible decision. But, that will never be something I have to worry about again.

He was nervous. He’d thought about this for a very long time, he’d talked to Zhan, he’d looked it up online, but he was still a little worried. He’d made the appointment, though, and he was feeling better since his comedown from his manic episode. Both Baby and Collin had come to visit, and his emotional hangover had lasted much less time than usual. 

He played with his tangle, compulsively, accidentally pulling it apart a couple of times, as he waited in the waiting room, twisting it and winding it round his fingers. It was a perfectly nice place, but his ten years in hospital had left in him a fear of any doctors who weren’t Zhan. He was going through his mental exercises, and they were helping a little. You think something bad is going to happen. You’re afraid. You’re feeling sick. It’s worrying, but the consequences you are afraid of aren’t anything that could happen from this. The worst thing that can happen is Dr. Lovely will say no, and there are other options. He inhaled deeply, and exhaled, counting in his head. Don’t be afraid.

Poor Arthur the actual kitten, he hasn't eaten in more than 12 hours, prior to surgery. He's been chewing gently on my hands ...
