And by Monday morning, we will sink to the minimum wage. And by Tuesday evening, we will feel like we cant cope again. Rasie a glass to Friday night, when we'll drink it down the drain. Three years at Cambridge, but our chances are all the same.

“you were so bright I was afraid to look at you, because I thought you were like the sun. A beautiful phenomenon, but dangerous to the eyes.”
NAME: Reyna Novia Levine AGE: 17 GRADE: Junior BIRTHDAY: 12th May FACECLAIM: Candice Patton
b a c k g r o u n d .
Life is always an adventure when you’re being ported from country to country. This held true for the Levine family. Reyna found much comfort in living on military bases. It was the only thing that made sense to her, the only thing that felt normal. Her mother was in the air force and her father taught college courses about the long-forgotten legends of the world. While her mother was stationed in France, Reyna had met someone. It was a passing fling, that had somehow become so much more for both involved. Reyna had waited for the other the next year but she never showed up. Reyna never knew exactly how to feel about the situation so she distanced herself from others. Preferring to get her anger out with quick riffs, and pressurized gas over a bumpy canvas. Reyna wrote songs about life and it’s trials, though many people told her she was too young to understand it. The girl understood what she was feeling was heartache. Spraying bullshit philosophy in abandoned locations for lost souls to see.
Reyna eventually became more proficient. Lyrics made sense, shaky lines became defined. She began to open up once more and attempt to make friends. And she did for a while, but it never felt like it was supposed to feel. On the big screen friendship, has it’s upsides and it’s downsides. It’s messy, but it makes sense at the very least. You could tell each person somehow fit and made this puzzle make sense. She never felt like her puzzle piece fit in anywhere. Sometimes she felt it was her own fault, after all she was hostile. She had tried to be less withdrawn but some part of her was still afraid to open up. But yes, Reyna Levine did have friends. Close friends, normal friends, and the occasional acquaintance, some of them had even confided in her. Some of them told her that they loved her, like you would say to your sister when everything feels like it’s about to crash. But they only said that when they were at their lowest. They had never once told her that they liked her. They all just loved some version of her that she wasn’t sure she knew.
How do you respond to the sudden realization that everybody loves you, but nobody likes you? Reyna would never know because her mother Aleja had told her they were moving again. So, they packed their things and left for what she was told would be, a normal life. The family moved for what was meant to be the last time. Enrolling their kid in what they heard was a prestigious school. A school that was said to hold a disciplined air about it. There was something more than discipline lingering in the air. Something that the students spoke about in hushed whispers. Something with a sinister air about it began to spread. Tainting each student as it spread planting it’s destructive seed within their minds. It was only a matter of time before the once loved blog had everyone dangling by strings. Dangling by Fake Escapes strings was the last thing Reyna wanted to be.
p e r s o n a l i t y .
Her hearts on fire and she’s got a thirst for adventure that seems to run through her veins. She’s got her sights set on the wild roller coaster that her life will always be. Keeping her heart on her cheek she holds up her façade. Her walls are raised and her head is high, something she takes great pride in. Life’s a game after all, and everyone is holding cards waiting for leverage against you. Times are changing and people with it.
