Me: No, please watch Black Sails. It's a masterclass in character based television writing. It's legitimately one of the best shows I've seen and has a perfect ending (which, for tv storytelling, is almost unheard of). It has such rewarding respect for its audience (which, again, unheard of) that each rewatch unearths another dimension to its narrative and character building.

Also Me: I feel like anyone going into Black Sails expecting Our Flag Means Death is going to be traumatized 😖.
