Dreamland is a series of DIY shows/parties here in Los Angeles that my friend Ryan from The Zermatts puts together. Dreamland #8 happened last week, and here's the highlights, including special guests Giant Drag who crammed into the living room of a 1 bedroom apartment for this show.
Dreamland #9 is June 20

A little background info on this video: Ryan (lead singer/organist) replicated the ghost effect used by Disneyland's Haunted Mansion. It was so fun to do!

The Zermatts - "Tiger In the Jungle"
My friend Ryan has this quirky little band called The Zermatts that plays organ-based tunes that sound like they belong on broken Disneyland rides. I've been helping him out playing guitar for live shows the last few months. A few weeks ago we recorded the music video for "Tiger In the Jungle". Here's the silly video, which uses the same technique Disney used for the Haunted Mansion ghosts.
Watch for the campy fun...and see me looking evil and childish at the same time.
