Just wanna say I really like DR:S- especially the way you implemented game mechanics into the class trials. It's a really nice touch that makes me feel like I'm reading an LP :)

The Kindergartens were strange structures. Though Flourite did not come from the Earth, they had been created on another planet’s Kindergarten. To think that so many gems could come from the walls, it was amazing and terrifying. During the rebellion, when Kindergartens were made quickly on Earth in order to fight back the rebellion led by the amazing Rose Quartz, some of the gems that emerged were... not corrupted. No. But they were “defective.” Those gems, mostly, were purged if found. Flourite found themselves staring at one such “defective gem.” She was an Amethyst, no doubt. But her form was what would send humans running in fear. She had her back turned to Flourite, perhaps not sensing them yet, so Flourite cleared their throat. They did not want to run away. They were not afraid, but they did not want to intrude. Hopefully, this interaction would go well.

Examine! Pearl's spear

🎮 Shin Megami Tensei
Do forgive me, I am not all too familiar with the series. But after looking through the wikipedia article on the game (and finding it pretty awesome imo), I think I got something interesting.
Haedrig Vulf, a Swedish member of the Underground Resistance Movement, serves with his ever faithful Irish Wolfhound to fight against Gotou and his vile intentions. He was known for being swift with a sword, and having an almost inhumane link with his companion, whom unlike most dogs hardly ever spoke. Not a bark, not a growl, not a single noise. Plus, a queer look seems to cloud its eyes....
He did what he could, up until the Great Cataclysm. Where most of his allies where wiped out, his dog shielded him alone, with a foul kind of magic. This magic expended the dog’s powers, which revealed itself to be a demon. All it left in its wake, was a dark irish wolfhound pup. With most his allies dead, and his hound reduced to a fetal state, Wulfenite went into hiding, only to re-emerge in Tokyo to fight a one-man guerilla war against the demons.
