What would you do if Xephos came to you and told you that you had failed. You don't know about what, he's being very ambiguous, but he's got this big, evil, very scary smirk.
I’d try to get answers out of him. Failed at what? Being his little perfect pet? In his dreams.
Now, if he means as in protecting Parv then there would be hell to pay. I’m not letting that blue lunatic hurt him again.
(Tell my muse what you think of their significant other.) Your boy needs Notch. Blood magic and demons is not good for you. But he's cute, so good job there.
I will have you know blood magic is something hard to break away from. It’s not as easy as you believe it is and Notch won’t help him.
[ Earlier today By the point I upload this it’s going to be yesterday when I was scrolling through my dash and I came across these sweet things. They are something Will would create bc he’s sappy, but never to your face or very rarely.
Of course since I’m that friend I had to send feels along w/ it when I sent it to @the-demonic-parvis and then RP shenanigans happened and I really wanted to write this.
Sorta written from Parv’s point of view, hope I got this right. ]

The heartbeat had stopped roughly an hour or so ago. It beat normally until suddenly it spiked up as it usually did when Will got startled by something, but this time it was different. Instead of it returning to its normal rhythm it... it just stoppped. But Will couldn’t be dead, could he? Of course not.
For the rest of the day the bloodmage continued to work on his altar and arcane, occasionally fiddling with the ring and hoping that it just broke or stopped working.
Will couldn’t be dead. Right? Right....? He was just taking longer than usual.

It had to be the humans’ fault. It had to. They killed Will while he was out gathering resources. Why though? It made no sense! The solutionist slaved day and night to find solutions for their stupid problems and yet they killed him!
Suffice to say the altar got more blood than it had seen in the past month or so. Double, maybe even triple the quantity the musician usually gathered.
Somewhere in the back of his mind Mirrus chuckled lowly and coldly at the bloody display.

Mirrus. He could help bring Will back, right? Parv just had to make a deal, offer something equal to his lover’s life and that should do the trick. But what? He couldn’t give up his own life. He couldn’t put the blond through the pain of losing him and yet-
“No.”
It was an one word answer, but it felt like a punch in the gut. What did the demon mean by no? Could he not bring the solutionist back?!

It started off easily enough. The guitarist was eating less and less, had traded sleeping in his room for spending time in Will’s workshop like bedroom. He barely left the room anymore, growing weaker with each passing day.
A c c e p t a n c e
Will... He really was gone, wasn’t he? He was... dead. He had probably died at the hands of the YogLabs employers otherwise Parv couldn’t understand the sudden sped up heartbeat. Adrenaline and fear of dying, sure, but it had to be something to really terrify him to make his heart beat like that.
There was no point in keeping the ring on anymore. It was just a bad reminder of what he had and lost. Nothing, but a painful reminder.

Out of all the times- Out of all the times and things they could had done, it had to be this. Why? Just, why? Did they really enjoy watching them suffer so much? Of course they did, they always did. Or maybe it was just a mishap, something that wasn’t supposed to happen yet there they were.
At least there were no more risks of freezing somebody to death accidentally. That would had been horrible considering that they no longer had respawn so if they died they would never come back.
A quiet groan left the blond’s lips as he headed out of his workshop. He couldn’t concentrate on anything long enough to be able to work so he figured that a break was in order. Maybe go find Ozzie and curl up with him and also Parvis. Yeah, that sounded nice.
“Parvis!” He yelled when he padded towards the kitchen. “I’m making some honey sweetened milk, want some?”
Perhaps he could get some peace and quite and nothing would go wrong. Oh, he could dream.

He didn’t even comment, just pushed his chair back and stood up from his desk. After making sure that everything was in order, the blond poked his head out of his room/workshop and headed off to find the bloodmage.
It didn’t take long for Will to bump into Parv and, without wasting another moment, he leaned closer and pecked his cheek.
3. Surviving character in a situation where the dead character would have helped [ @the-demonic-parvis ]
Happy endings don’t exist. He has told himself over and over again that they weren’t real, that books and movies made them up for the sake of creating the illusion that in this dark world there still is a shred of hope.
For a while William has kept his thought in mind and it worked. It worked until he met Parvis and everything was turned upside-down.
“It’s over, Mirrus. The deal is off.”

The words still ring in his ears to this day, loud and clear. The image that accompanies them is always the same; the way the musician’s eyes dull, the deep red colour snuffed out of them as if a light switch has been flicked off, and he collapses onto himself similar to a puppet with its strings cut. That is what he was after all, no? A mere puppet in the demon’s hands. Mirrus has another host, he has Will, he doesn’t need the bloodmage anymore.
News spread fast and the solutionist knows this. He knows that sooner or later Xephos will show up at the doors of the castle with other scientists and an army of armed people to take him back to YogLabs. This time there is nothing stopping him.
William braces himself for this, but it isn’t the same as the other time when he has gone to the Labs to rescue his lover. This time, the guitarist is gone forever. There is no reason to fight anymore, to hold on and hope that things will get better because…
