Blythe sat at the edge of the river Thames, her feet dipping into the dirty water, though she didn’t seem to mind. Fractals of ice floated in the murky depths, reflecting in the low light of the quiet city. She tilted her head towards the stars, caught off guard by a noise that echoed nearby. “Hello?” She called out, eyes searching the low light for the source of the sound.
