Thanks to everyone who sent me reminders to recover.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your words. Sometimes I just need to be smacked upside the head with reason when the crazy starts to take over.

Tonight I have pizza and cake to eat and a very good friend who deserves to observe the genuine happiness of his friends on his birthday, and that includes me. I would be doing no one any favors by letting my food phobias and anxieties get in the way of me having a good time. It's time to start living.

And away I go!

Try a site called btv they will have all the links to sites showing it like the day after its aired

I was dropped from my major in college due to my mental health, so I decided to take some time off to focus on getting myself better. It’s definitely worth it to seek help if your mental health is getting in the way of your functionality.
