It's never gonna happen but I hope genshin patches older characters, and maybe even new ones cause I heard the inazuman characters are really niche and outside of their niche they don't offer anything (I can't voucher for that I surprisingly don't have any 4 star inazuman characters)

hm, i actually hope they don't do that! i think it's annoying that the inazuma characters are so niche, but that's also part of the fun! if you really want to use a character, you just have to find their niche and exploit it, or ofc you could try to make it work however you want, and as long as it works then it works and that's the fun of the game!

loll yes! they put a lot of detail into their music compositions! ik for liyue they combined traditional chinese instruments w some western style orchestra music. hopefully they do something cool with sumeru's compositions too!

Why are ppl getting mad at kusunali being a child

i literally discussed this very topic with keith. i was like just because kusanali is the youngest archon/a child doesn't mean she's dumb, weak, and totally unaware of what's going on?

THEORY/SPECULATION ALERT

i have a prevailing theory that sumeru will introduce a lot of classism, elitism, and a strong, strong government (archon is only a puppet ruler). even if she's a child, she's still a god, and i'm sure that kusanali knows everything that's going on in her own country (strongly implied in her teaser at the end of the 2.8 livestream).

also, i saw on instagram that kusanali is based off the kusanali jataka (grass fairies?) in buddhist mythology? like just because someone is short and looks young doesn't mean they're not wise, and you shouldn't judge someone by how they look. unfortunately i don't have the post link but i'm sure a quick google search would be able to confirm this. the myth is now linked!
