and when it became overwhelming the sky cried himself, screaming in the agony of thunder and shroud in grim gray darkness,

for what rain is nothing but pent up tears of the lonesome sky

again my hands brushed on the pages,

again the allure of letters pulled me in, new characters, new stories, new people, none were real but felt like my own,

bleak existence creeps within myself, these dreary thoughts are clawing my legs, I can't move ahead or feel anything, numbness is all within

when i look back now all i see are the pieces of myself i tried to bend into keys to those empty houses which never were meant to be home
