Uh oh.
Looks like somebody ripped a hole in the universe.
Apparently a bunch of people travelling from one universe to this one really is bad for the walls that divide the universes. They’ve become thinner, so soon those walls will become so thin that just anyone will be able to step from one universe to the next, intentionally or not. This could mean that people might end up seeing versions of themselves that are from other universes. They might run into people who had been previously lost or dead. They might even find themselves in a different universe, in a different life entirely.
This event will start on October 27th and end on November 10th, but we just wanted to give everyone time to plan and prepare for this event and give you all time to ask any questions you might have.
The basics of this event are that people will be allowed to play alternate universe versions of their own characters. You don’t have to stop playing your current character, nor do you need to play both your character and the AU character. You might decide that while the AU version of your character is in this universe, your actual character is off in a different universe. The choice is up to you for how you play this out.
You will also be allowed to bring in different alternate universe characters that might relate to yours too and have them interact with your character(s). However, if you are choosing to do this, please ask us first, so we can make sure you aren’t taking anyone that might be too much for this RP, and so we can make sure that certain characters are handled appropriately.
Before the event starts, we will make another post to remind people what is happening with this event and give any updates to the event that might come up.
