hi!! my boyfriend is going to be the best man at his cousin's wedding this fall. soo.... what should i wear? what does the datemate-of-the-best-man wear to a wedding? i dont have a lot of dressy clothes so im thinking about getting an outfit but idk what to look for!! I would just wear a nice dress - if you’re gonna be outside I would definitely bring a sweater. You can also bring  a little purse and shoes to match - heels or flats will do!

Also, even though weddings and the clothes for them are usually really heteronormative, it could also work to wear dress pants with a fancy top or a blazer. I think as long as you’re comfortable and have made a bit of an effort to be fancier, you’ll be good! ~carly
