So, naturally, after you posted how deep the furriness is part of you I was wondering: as much as I love your MLP art - is there maybe other content from you somewhere out there? O:) I checked FA but could only find an apparently abounded profile featuring some rather old MLP stuff...

I’ve drawn so little furry stuff lately.

I really honestly want to branch out from exclusively pony content, but I have to find a big enough audience willing to support me financially. I’m sure I could get there, but that would take time--and in the mean time, I’d be making less pony stuff and making less money. And my finances are just too unstable right now to risk that.

Don’t get me wrong, I love MLP and I’ll always draw MLP stuff--but I need to branch out to broader subjects and content.

Also, I don’t tend to use FA anymore because I honest-to-god can’t stand the user interface and structure. I hear the community is awesome though.

Crepuscular Bronies

This is a podcast based around reviewing episodes of MLP. Regular hosts include Byter and AnY Pony.

Normally, I enjoy MLP analysis. I think it's fun, it's something I do with the media I consume, anyway, and there are some really entertaining people in that community. But Crepuscular Bronies is exhausting. I only made it a few episodes before I had to give up.  I agree that each episode of MLP should be able to stand on its own, just like a movie adaptation of a book should be able to stand on its own. But I can't help but be reminded of the 2005 movie version of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". I adored it, but, at the same time, I figured nobody was going to go see it who wasn't already invested, and anybody who wasn't would go into the movie and very quickly be completely lost. The same applies to MLP. Yes, each episode should be able to stand on its own, because the show is not meant to be seen in any particular order, but I'm coming into each episode as someone who already cares about what happens to these characters, so, if it doesn't re-establish them every single time, I don't notice it, so I don't care. I assume that, as a fan of the show, you, also, are coming into this already caring about the characters. Why do you need to be spoon-fed?

I mean, opinions are opinions, but good lord, man, lighten up.

and we get all the cake or pie we can eat.. lots of pizza, grilled meat or whatever you like to eat

and you drink like there is no tomorrow soda / alcohol / milk / water  or teriyaki sauce

and do anything you like to do with your friends..
