20. preferred place to write (i.e., in a note book, on your laptop, sketchpad, post-it notes, etc.)?
it’s a toss up between my stack of cute notebooks and here on my pc, depending on where i’m at. if i have to be out of the house, even if i have my laptop, i’d rather write in my notebooks despite the trouble i have reading my own sloppy handwriting (though that is the reason i never worry about anyone else reading my fics out there, if i can’t read it without trouble, no one will ever break my code ahahahahah). but here at home i’d absolutely rather write here on my pc, the keyboard is nice and i can have some good music or let’s play going in the background.
44. favorite scent for soap?
so these days i’m back to bouncing between a pomegranate-mango and a peony with sea salt, but for a while i found this lotus-rosewater soap and it’s the best thing i’ve ever used. it’s so relaxing and floral enough to absolutely vibe check any exhaustion and i’m so mad i can’t find it anymore.
it’s not that old of a tradition, though it’s already my favorite, but on christmas day mom and i have pizza and watch christmas movies until we get too tired to stay up. no drama, no fighting, just me and mom having a pizza party and trying to watch every christmas movie we have in the house.
58. four talents you’re proud of having?
me, desperately trying to think if i have four talents: [muffled screaming]
um, i mean i know i’m good at baking and as for all of these idk if i can say i’m proud of them, but i do like that i can bake really well. would we say being able to cross-stitch is a talent? i’m getting better at that for sure, but i enjoy having the ability to do that too. i will confess to being Super Insecure about my ability to write but everyone who i’ve asked as said i’m really good so i’ll put that here too.
tbh i can’t think of a fourth thing i’m good at enough to call a talent? like i’m not bad at a lot of things but i don’t think i could call anything else even close to a talent, but have those three for sure.
61. favorite line you heard from a book/movie/tv show/etc.?
i’ll confess i’ve been thinking about this and i don’t... i don’t actually remember one i’d call my favorite line? between not watching/reading a whole lot these last few months and all the stuff going on, my memory’s been about as useful as a sieve trying to bail water out of a sinking ship lately
i want everyone i love to live a life they can be happy and proud of. if i could have one wish, it would be to make that happen.
