Hello and thank you for asking!My BS-psychology-as-a-premed classmates are some of the hardest working ones. Please check with your intended medical school what subjects are required, since I’ve gotten asks that lead me to believe there are prerequisite subjects, not courses, in the Western hemisphere of the world. (if someone could kindly confirm this for me that would be great <3)If you ask me, personally, without the prerequisites and the units or whatever factored in, the premed doesn’t matter. What matters is how hard you work at learning. So might as well get a premed that you’re happy with. If psychology makes you happy, then by all means go with that. I personally think psychology/psychiatry is definitely up there in the list of most fascinating subjects.Good luck, girl, and study hard.
