What’s the beast you feed? Say NO to fear & arm yourself with knowledge! 💪 I’ve been listening to my governor’s & mayor’s daily updates about the corona virus & you should too. 🦠 The news usually takes a 5 second clip out of these hour long press conferences. But I like to get the whole story “right from the horse’s mouth” & listen while cooking, eating, or doing art. The news does have a “spin” & makes things sound scarier than what is in the press conferences.
