Chachi, I'm really sorry to bother you but could you explain me the difference between a 1x1, 2x2 or so and an indie rp? Thank you, in advance!
No problemo!
1x1: Is a plot between two people. It can be any two random characters, and the plot is often pre-established on one blog and someone applies to be the other character. My 1x1 plots are here, if you need a little clarification on that. In this kind of roleplay, you can't roleplay with anyone else except for that other character. That's why there's this other term that I can remember where it's between two people but you play multiple characters. That's probably confusing so ignore that.
2x2: This is very similar to 1x1, except with 4 people. You can't roleplay with anyone other then the other three people, and the plot is often pre-established by one person and three other people apply to be the other characters. I don't have any examples of that, but I hope it makes sense!
Indie: This is where you make a blog for your character. Any character at all. It can be an OC or a Canon character. Then you just reply to everyone! There are tags like indie rp, indie roleplay, independent rp and independent roleplay that you can use to find sarters and post starters. Then people will reply back and you just keep doing that while as many different people as you like! Your blog can even house more the one character and you can roleplay with them all. That's called a multi-muse blog. This is my indie blog if you need some clarification.
I hope that this helps!
