No way was that a game misconduct. Even the pro-Ottawa announcers on CBC don’t think it was a misconduct on Subban.

And like, I don’t want it, and I’m not calling for it, but I wouldn’t put it past this city if bad shit went down if those same refs do another playoff game in the Bell Centre.

God knows the students a riled up enough as is.

I’d be happy if I didn’t hate Desharnais so much. I don’t hate people, but I just cannot deal.

I am neither for nor against Desharnais. I don’t bother too much with hating players. Pretty much the only hockey players I hate are on the Bruins (Chara, Lucic, etc.)

Also I realized I used the wrong there/their/they’re in that post and oh my god this cold has destroyed my brain. Thank god for editing.

The Boston guy is just…no words. I hate Boston. I think Linton has jumped in the political arena. I really like when they do the organ and let the crowd sing. Ginette did awesome during the playoffs. Chills! Playoffs are right around the corner

I know he ran in the municipal election, but I have no idea if he won his seat. Either way, it’s not like it’s a huge time commitment to sing the anthem a couple times a week. They probably just wanted a change.

I am not ready for the playoffs. I thought I was, but this week has taken a toll on my nerves. Pre-playoff hockey is stressful enough! 

Just give me the torch ceremony and I’ll be good. I have lots of feelings about the torch ceremony in the playoffs.

A lot of them are shit. The one who sings for the Habs is horrendous. don’t ask me her name though.

It’s not the same girl every time. When I went to the game against LA whoever it was actually did a good job. I prefer it when its two Canadian teams and they make the crowd sing the anthem. I don’t know why Charles Prevost-Linton isn’t doing it anymore because he was good but I won’t complain if they’re able to bring back Mama Ginette for the playoffs.

The worst is the Boston anthem singer. I mute him every time. Can’t stand it. (Can’t stand much about Boston at all, actually.)
