For the past year we've been watching Avatar together as a family. My nearly 7 year old declared herself Zuko's sister before she even knew Zuko had a sister and went hard into loving Azula the moment she appeared on screen.

We watched the last 2 episodes tonight, and I wasn't really sure how it was gonna go. But apparently a full year of Azula fandom can easily be tossed aside in favour of Suki and/or Katara once the psychotic breakdown happens.

i used to live in st. john’s, nl, and, in late spring to early summer, it was not uncommon for a giant iceberg to float slowly by just outside the harbor. they would mention it on the news and radio. they took hours or, sometimes, days to go by. and, when it happened, it would make the whole town colder.. like ice in a glass of water. and, sometimes,… they would groan. as they passed.
