From the time I was a young girl I questioned this. No religious person could ever explain adequately how offering his daughters to be raped made Lot righteous. There were a lot of excuses made, but never a good explanation. The truth is, Lot was righteous because women are shit in the Bible so no one blinks when he protects the men under his roof and offers his daughters to be gang raped. There is no feminism in the Bible.
