#dearKikis Because yesterday was raining and my work-shoes got wet (a yay for this 😝😝) so I have a reason to wear Red League today on my #day5 I cut off the loosen tie in the middle of it, finally... I give up to fix it. But after I cut it, I just realize that I can wear this comfy shoes again better than when the disturbing tie still there (but I still prefer the old model sih 😀) From this simple moment, I though I learn something...that in life, sometimes we need to 'cut off' something in order to have a better us. It is not easy to do that, because we already so attached or feel comfortable with the old us, we don't want to get out from our comfort zone, we don't want to develop ourself because we think we cannot do it, or we don't have time, or we afraid of the worse future...but sometimes we never know if we do not try it. Just like me who thought that if I cut that tie, this shoes will be not that comfortable to wear again, but I was wrong. And we also have God in our life, He's in control and guide us when we make a choice in life. Haha...already too long ya? I didn't hear from you today, but I believe you do good. #dearKikis As usual, my day is full of kids-thingy, teaching experience, and lots of random thing and laugh. That's why even though it's consuming (almost) my whole time in a day, I always have a spirit to come back to the field to do my heart-work. Heart-work? (What kind of "another weird word" is it? -- I know that's what you think 😝) yeah, I knew and experienced it by myself that teaching is not an easy job (I wonder how arrogant and inexperienced a person who said that teaching is so easy) but rather than called it a "hard work" I prefer to called it "heart-work" because there's a huge difference when you work with heart or not, if you put heart into your daily work, all the hard things will not make you give up, instead it will challenge yourself to keep on moving and do your best. And I believe, that also what you do there and here in your daily life. I can see how passionate and great you are as a person when you do what you love. Keep up your good spirit, love. #dearKikis It was a superb #day2 full of adventure, challenging ourself to have a creative problem solving, and endurance to life without plan 😂 *poke @karla_fh 😝😝 So, this morning start with a good breakfast. Me and Karla love this B&B so much, everything is so simple, sweet, and thoughtful, even for the simplest thing like how to put a toilet paper. We love the kitchen, feels like home, we can take and use everything and since it's all clean and neat, we tend to be careful not to mess with anything there, haha 😁 (pasti protes da) We did our plan to move to Serpong by KRL anyway, I love to show our friend how tidier our train system now. I love when people put hope in the future of this country. But because so manythings that we want to do, and the time is so short, and the traffic cannot be kind to us 😝 after the IKEA session, we lose our time-track (which is will not happen when I'm with you---I'm such a spontaneous slash ngaco sometimes, and so does Karla, it's getting worse and dangerous if we're together 😝) so...we missed our travel car and went home later than the schedule. It's already dark around 9pm when we arrived but God helps us to send a nice and punctual Grab driver hahaha... Now I still having a battle with rain (details on whatsapp) and wishing you have a nice goodnight sleep. #dearKikis #day1 is an easy day because I was so busy and my day is full of playing session (which is my fave part of life 😜) Going to attend the wedding party of Amel with @karla_fh but we arrived too early after wandering around the area of our staying place. Anyway our b&b is super nice, the room, the house, the kitchen all perfectly clean, homy, and cute. We love the neighborhood as we walk and walk and walk...(I love to have a trip with a partner who love to walk 😁) we still too early so we strolled around the mall (yes, my friend's having a wedding in a mall 😁) and we end up having a picture of us in front of Jakarta Aquarium (right after I finished the K-drama : The Legend of The Blue Sea 😁😁) so glad to attend the wedding and having a day with Karla, super glad also because I heard a good news of Marline @marline1105 , her baby was born!!
