I am not ready for the last episode for Free! I need to give all of those swimming losers a hug. What are your expectations for the last episode?

Are we ever ready for any episode of Free! though

What I hope we'll see is the start of nationals, because I personally don't like the idea of wrapping up the season in just one episode, especially after we've just learned Haru's figured something out for himself and might want to spend  time sharing that knowledge with his team. That being said, I sincerely hope KyoAni makes a smart move and continues the story of nationals into the 14th episode due to be released next year, or, hopefully, in another season. That means we'd have quite a bit of waiting to do, but I think the story would benefit from having more time.

We don't know for certain what Haru's plans are yet; people seem to be ready to jump to the conclusion that he's decided to go pro when he hasn't actually specified. So I look forward to hearing what's on his mind and for his friends' reactions as well.

All in all, I feel as if there are still quite a few loose ends left to tie up with Free!'s story. Things are still odd between Sousuke and Haru, we haven't actually heard about many of the younger characters' futures, witnessed Makoto's journey to Tokyo or seen Rin's experience joining his coach's team in Australia.

So more than anything, I look forward to expecting another summer. c:
