Sera has always longed for the day when the tether will finally break and the Cerulean can move to a new planet. But when Sera is chosen as the sacrifice to break the tether, she feels betrayed by everything in which she'd been taught to trust. In order to save her City, Sera must end her own life. But something goes wrong, and Sera survives, ending up on the planet below in a country called Kaolin. Sera has heard tales about the dangerous humans who live here, and she quickly learns that these dangers were not just stories. Meanwhile, back in the City, all is not what it seems, and the life of every Cerulean may be in danger if Sera is not able to find a way home. 🌺 What did i think of the book? Well it’s an mix of Syfi and the Old ways ... The main characters are charming and different from each other .. The world where Sera is from, has only woman, and an special way of living up in the sky 🌟 And on The planet there you have Leo and Agnes, they live on the side of the planet where woman are only to gain more money and go up on the social level, and to take care off the children etc.. So the old ways 😉 🌺 Both sides collapse together when Sera is chosen to be the one to get their world free from the planet... but it’s not going as planned and one thing leads to another... 🌺 I have read this book with an open mind and I loved it, the way it was written was sometimes an bit dreading, but I kept on reading and I can’t wait till the next book comes out and to learn more about Sera and her companions 🤗 🌺 Can I recommend this book?
