Sizzling Tofu ala Miranda Ingredients: 1/4 Giniling pork 6 pcs Tofu 4 pcs Siling Green 1/2 cup of Mayo 1 tsp Black pepper 1 whole Minced garlic 1 tbsp Salt to taste 1 sachet of oyster sauce 2 tbsp of butter 1 tsp of sugar How to cook: 1. Fry the tofu then cut it into cubes. Set aside after. 2. I-gisa sa butter or mantika ang sibuyas at bawang till maging translucent tapos ihalo ang giniling. 2. Let it simmer for 2 to 5 minutes till wala na yung broth ng giniling. Add salt and pepper to taste or you preferred flavoring mix (ginisa mix etc) 3. Once almost dry na yung broth ng giniling set it aside then on the same pan, saute garlic and onion sa butter in a low heat once translucent you can add the green chillis and then add the mixture. 4 last step add the tofu sa giniling and mixture. Simmer it for around 1 minute and your all done. Mixture: On a bowl just mix the half cup of Mayo and the 1 sachet of oyster sauce 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar and the 1 tsp of black powdered pepper. Tip: Best serve in a sizzling plate and partnered with an Ice cold beer for a barkada night. Pwede ding ulam! #feelingchef #cookingismypassion #thechefinme
