Yesterday I was in the bathroom of @thechesternyc and one of my favorites songs came on, I took this opportunity to record myself singing not only to show off my singing chops but to also display my multitasking skills being that I was at the urinal! #playahata #biggie #highnotes #allday #thechester @djbigben

To left of the main entrance of The Gansevoort Hotel in The Meatpacking District you'll see the entrance to The Chester Eatery. I wanted to find a spot to eat which wasn't too hectic, was bright and airy and had good food. All of the above boxes were ticked with this place other than the quality of the food. Was another risk I was willing to take. I ordered the truffle and shaved asparagus salad with a side of miso marinated sea bass. The sea bass was perfectly marinated and cooked. It melted in the mouth. The salad was fantastic - was perfectly seasoned, which isn't an always in restaurants. All in all, with a big bottle of water, it cost me $35 The only thing that annoyed me in this place was the waitress giving me the bill half way through my meal. I felt rushed to finish and decided to have my coffee and desert somewhere else.
