06/09/17 2/100 Days of Productivity Today was my first day of classes! I had my first ASL class and the prof only signed for the first hour of the class O.O Then I had to take the bus across town for a volunteer training workshop for a position I applied for. While waiting for the bus I started making a vocabulary list for the words I learned today in ASL and finished it as soon as I got home. Now I’m eating some yoghurt and writing chapter notes for tomorrow’s class while I wait for Nick to get home 😊

So I started my studyblr at the end of July, so I thought it's about time I did a proper introduction for myself! I can't wait to start sharing my own studyspo pictures and advice, as well as participating in the 100 Days of Productivity. I've had Tumblrs in the past but they ended up becoming too much of a distraction/addiction, but I rediscovered studyblrs at the end of the last school year and got filled with inspiration and motivation for this upcoming school year. So, here we go.

I'm a writer/aspiring author, I am on the third draft of my first completed novel (I also post a few writing-related things)

I'm an avid reader (or at least, I try to be) here are my first pictures of my office/library

I'm a recovering procrastinator

I'm chronically ill: I have a rare connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, hypermobility type, which causes a lot of chronic pain. I also suffer from chronic fatigue. I'm also diagnosed with Major Depression, which adds to the fatigue and brain fog. I'm very open about talking about this, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

As promised, pictures of my office/library in our new apartment! We have one more bookshelf in the living room (my favourite) that I'll be sharing with you all later! Obviously still a work in progress but I really like how it's coming together!!

05/09/17 1/100 Days of Productivity I thought I'd start the semester off my creating a list of "study rules" to put on my office wall to keep myself on track! Today's academic orientation (hoping it's not pointless -- if I make one potential friend I'll count today a success!)

03/10/17 7/100 Days of Productivity Hanging out at a bar on campus all afternoon today, having some super yummy food and getting some work done. My friends joined me for lunch and we worked on a take home test together so I now have that done a week before it's due to be handed in. Read through a research article and currently working through another. This morning I had class and also volunteered with my campus's chapter of UNICEF raising money for the Atlantic hurricanes and Rohingya refugee crisis. I had a horrible start to the day, so I'm proud of myself for turning around my day and making it prodictive. After I finish reading this article I need to finish a textbook chapter for Thursday's class and do a learning reflection for today's class, then I will either call it a day or start on tomorrow's goals! Hope you call had a productive day, what are you working on today?

So I have a colour system for my classes in my planner so each class is a different colour, and I just started using some old coloured cue cards for studying today and realized the colours in the packs matched my colour system perfectly so now my cue cards are also organized by the same colour system and I'm so happy 😄

Finally settled on a daily spread that I really like 😊 Also, is anyone else super psyched about the fact that school starts in just over a week? I've already started studying 😄
