Burgh didn't understand why another person left him. Especially Raika. Though to think that way was selfish of him, he couldn't help the tears gathering at the corners of his eyes and threatening to spill. "This picture is going to suffer..." It had been of Raika's laboratory with her and himself looking over the mess of bug pokemon that had taken over.
The tears fell as the paint brush paused on the canvas. "How silly am I? It's not like I can't visit... She came to say good bye as well... I just need to finish this." Burgh made sure to scrub away the tears and paint a smile on his face. "She's not gone forever. Get over it Burgh." He forced himself to laugh and soon enough the tears stopped.
"Burgh...?"
His head snapped to the entrance of his studio and the paint brush fell to the floor.
